Let's catch up and warm our bodies up with a great 60 minute stretching and lengthening practice. As we get back into the rhythm of yoga in the new year, I will focus on all areas in addition to any requests (hips, legs, upper body.... etc.). This vinyasa flow is beginner friendly, so please don't be shy if you are just starting out. For the experienced practitioners, don't shy away from challenging your practice through the flow. Let's flow together with some smiles, laughs, and end the class feeling strong and blissful.

Please bring water and a hand towel. The studio does provide yoga mats, so It's optional to bring your own yoga mat.
