In this 60-minute class, we will open our hearts. Focusing on opening the chest and upper back and work our way into backbends such as wheel and camel pose.
If there are any other poses you would like to work on please let me know at the beginning of class so we can all try them together! This is YOUR practice and I am here to guide you through it with ease and confidence.
This class is beginner friendly. :)

Please bring water and a hand towel. The studio does provide yoga mats, so It's optional to bring your own yoga mat.
