Legs and quads Vinyasa Flow

This 60-minute flow is stretching and lengthening our hamstrings, IT band, and quads. Working the legs enables us to open up and do poses like backbends and forward folds. Let's work our legs and show some love as they do so much for us.

Please try to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to class. If you are running late, please contact me on my phone. 

Fee: ¥1,500

Student/teacher Fee: ¥1,000

The studio has yoga mats and blocks. but if you’d like to bring your own yoga mat feel free to. It’s always great to bring a hand towel and a beach towel for the mat as you might sweat more than you think. Also, please bring WATER! :)
