After a long day at work or school, your body needs the attention to prepare to take on whatever is next. We will move our bodies until we're fully warm internally, perhaps even sweat. Followed by some fun asana options. Finally relaxing with a few soft stretches that will just feel amazing after a long day. Letting out stress or energy built up during the day and ready to for a great night sleep.
